PRACTICE AREAS:
Mr. Schonekas has practiced extensively in the commercial litigation area. He has experience representing parties in cases involving directors’ and officers’ liability, insurance coverage issues, intellectual property, business torts, lender liability, shareholder disputes, healthcare, construction claims, corporate and securities law, and professional malpractice.
Mr. Schonekas is experienced in trying cases in both federal and state court. He has tried in excess of 50 jury trials, 100 judge tried cases, and 50 arbitrations.
